A stylish pair of mid-century French brass and mirrored side tables, in the style of Maison Jansen, Paris.
Circa 1950s.
Beautifully made with elegant tapered legs, each table features two original foxed églomisé mirrored shelves enclosed by brass gallery rails and finished with decorative cast finials.
The aged mirrored glass has developed an oxidised patina over time. As expected, there is age-related wear and foxing to the mirror plates, consistent with their age and use.
These tables work equally well as end-of-sofa tables, lamp or side tables.
